Your work tools should not lock your work away.
Bellfly runs locally, is permanently free and open source, and needs no OrbiFabric account for local work. You keep choosing the AI and services you use.
The project should stay yours.
A tool becomes more useful as your materials and decisions accumulate. That should help you continue, not make it harder to leave.
Why free?
The local software is a tool you can keep using. Access to your own project does not depend on a Bellfly subscription.
Why open source?
Being able to inspect the code helps you understand the tool, adapt it and make informed choices. The license shipped with the software defines reuse rights.
Why no account?
Local work should start on your computer without requiring an OrbiFabric sign-in.
Why your own AI?
Keep the models, agents and services you choose. Their usage fees are separate from the free local application.
Keep the files and the reasons behind them.
Readable work history and ordinary output files lower the cost of switching tools. Keep your results in the project, or organize selected files with Packtell for longer use.
Choose online services when you need them.
OrbiFabric Cloud is optional. Status, notifications and other online services follow Cloud’s own plans and terms; local Bellfly does not require them.
